WILLIAM F. WHITE INTERNATIONAL INC., A COMWEB GROUP MEMBER, ANNOUNCES APPOINTMENT OF NEW EXECUTIVE V.P./CHIEF OPERATING OFFICER

Toronto, ON, October 2, 2006 - William F. White International (WFW) is pleased to announce today the appointment of Larry Sacchetti to the position of Executive V.P/Chief Operating Officer of William F. White International Inc. In his new role Sacchetti will be responsible for WFW's operations from coast-to-coast as well as continue to be responsible for the overall management of WFW regional locations and their various departments.

A member of the WFW team for nearly 25 years, Sacchetti has truly learned the business from the bottom up. Since joining WFW in September of 1982, Sacchetti's passion for the industry has led him through no less than a dozen different positions at Whites, from Mercury Crane technician to Executive Vice President. It was this valuable experience climbing every step of the company ladder that ultimately made Sacchetti the perfect choice for the position of Executive V.P/Chief Operating Officer.

"Larry's understated but definitive style of management and communication skills has earned him the respect of both colleagues and clients alike," stated WFW Chairman and CEO Paul Bronfman "A more loyal and dedicated person you will not find anywhere else in the industry."

Having achieved executive status, Sacchetti has never forgotten his roots. Unlike most senior executives, Sacchetti has kept the same office throughout most of his tenure at Whites. Located next to the room affectionately known as the "war room", Sacchetti enjoys the bustle and activity of the customer service representatives planning and scheduling feature films, television series, and commercials. Recognizing the value of interacting with employees at all levels and departments in the organization, Sacchetti’s door is always open and on a given day he may have anyone from a L.A. studio executive to a crew member visiting his office.
